Due to the high volume of requests received, the following criteria have been established for toy donation consideration. Please review this information carefully prior to completing the donation program application. Priority is given to nonprofit organizations who serve children ages 0-12.
Eligible organizations must:
- Have nonprofit status under Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Service
- Must be located in the United States or Canada
- For Canada, the organization must be a Canadian charity registered with the Canadian Customs & Revenue Agency (formerly Revenue Canada)
- Must directly serve children in need
- Use the products for its charitable purpose and not sell, trade, barter, or auction any of the goods donated
Ineligible organizations include:
- Fraternal and Social Clubs
- Political and Business Associations
- Religious Organizations
- Third-party and fundraising organizations
- Requests for gift bag items
- Requests from individuals or families
Other information:
- The majority of our donation packages include assorted toys for boys and girls. An assortment typically consists of two to three types of toys. Exact quantities and variety cannot be guaranteed. Special requests are rarely considered.
- Requests for toys must be made using the online donation program application. Request letters from charities via facsimile or regular mail are not considered.
- Deliveries can be made only to street addresses (no P.O. Boxes, please) and special delivery arrangements cannot be made. Please include a shipping address that can accept deliveries during normal business hours Monday through Friday
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Only qualified organizations may receive a donation.
- The deadline to submit this application for holiday toys to be delivered in November is September 30 of each year. Due to the high volume of requests, exceptions cannot be made.

It is important to note that products are given in “as is” condition with no warranties expressed or implied. We cannot guarantee specific items, styles, colors or quantities. By completing and submitting this application your organization agrees to this condition.
