If you have purchased a MAGTASTIK / MAGNETIX JR product, you may choose to receive a replacement toy suitable for your child's age group free of charge.

1. Complete and submit the online application form;
2. Return your product(s) to us in the prepaid bag you will receive in the mail;
3. MEGA Brands will evaluate the value of your product(s) and validate your return;
4. We will then ship you the new product(s) you requested.
