Assembly Iinstructions
All Esphera360° puzzle pieces have a small number located on the non-image side. Using these numbers during the puzzle assembly is optional, depending upon skill level.
Novice Level (Assemble using numbers)
Start with the Bottom Puzzle Set (see Fig. A). Starting with number 1, assemble pieces in numerical order, counter-clockwise, forming a circular pattern. Gradually assemble the rest of the puzzle, section by section.
Advanced Level (Assemble using image)
Assemble the puzzle pieces in sections, according to the image of your puzzle. Once the sections are complete, fit the individual sections together to form the puzzle sphere, piece by piece.
Final Step (All levels)
The Top Puzzle Set is specially designed and should be placed into the puzzle last. When all other pieces have been assembled, rest your Esphera360° puzzle in the puzzle stand, place the Top Puzzle Set over the remaining gap. Gently tap it into place with the end of a pen or the eraser end of a pencil.
Puzzle Stand (Fig. B)
The concave side of the Puzzle Stand is specially designed to fit the spherical shape of Esphera360° puzzles. You may use it as an aid to even up the puzzle pieces as you assemble them (see Fig. C). The Puzzle Stand is also a perfect choice to use for displaying the finished puzzle.
The Puzzle Model Set

The Puzzle Model Set is meant to provide you with the spherical image in its entirety from a flat, 2-dimensional view, and can be used as a guide while assembling the puzzle. The Puzzle Model Set consists of the Top Assembly Guide, the Middle Assembly Guide, and the Bottom Assembly Guide.

Begin piecing the Puzzle Model Set together by joining the 2 Middle Assembly Guide pieces. Using the notch of the Top Assembly Guide, match it to the top left corner of the Middle Assembly Guide. Fit the Bottom Assembly Guide to the Middle Assembly Guide in the same manner, matching the notch to the lower right corner of the Middle Assembly Guide.

By rotating the Top Assembly Guide and the Bottom Assembly Guide along the Middle Assembly Guide edges, you can use the image reference points as an aid in the puzzle assembly.
