We push our own potential before asking others to do so. From big blocks to small bricks, stacking towers to designing monuments, we dare to go beyond the rules of construction. In everything we do, we make it our mission to help people develop. And that begins at home. Through volunteering, charitable partnerships, and donations, we provide the support needed to build a stronger community, one that grows potential and brightens spirits.
Each year, MEGA™ contributes approximately $150,000 in toys and donations to partner organizations serving Quebec children.
Every year, MEGA™ employees volunteer more than 1,200 hours to the community working alongside partner organizations to serve the children of Quebec.
We work hand-in-hand with the Shriners Hospitals for Children® in Montreal to just help kids be kids. Through our ongoing support, MEGA™ has created an ocean-themed playroom built primarily out of bricks where patients can relax and enjoy playtime.
We partner with local organizations such as Make-A-Wish® Quebec to realize wishes all around the world. One wish in particular, from Christian, was to come to MEGA™ and explore our facility. As one of our biggest fans, Christian experienced a factory tour, partook in a photo shoot, built his own customized playset, and got to experience a day in the life at MEGA™.
MEGA™ is committed to its community, and we partner with the CHU Sainte-Justine to donate locally. Each holiday season, our employees donate their time decorating, gift-giving, handing out food, and more.
With aid from the Generations Foundation, under-privileged children from all over Montreal are bused to MEGA™ and given spirited holiday factory tours. The children think that are they are going to Santa’s workshop and are given gifts, a hearty meal, and provided holiday cheer.
We created a 231-pound, 41,250 brick hospital replica of the new John R. Oishei Children's Hospital – complete with an augmented reality experience! The augmented reality was designed by Fisher-Price®, and it shows our toys interacting with features found in the new hospital.
